Carol began working for Ken and Eric and Intervention 911 in 2008 after a long career in residential real estate sales.

She is passionate about recovery; planting seeds and helping others help themselves and watching others fight to stay sober, instead of fighting to stay the same! There has been nothing more rewarding in my life then watching the light turn on in another human being!!

In her free time, she enjoys reading, hanging out with her cats, writing, engaging with friends and cooking!
